Rant about a past neighbor of ours that always would call the city code enforcer about all kinds of petty issues. Well then we moved and a trashy family moved in a tore that house up. The only thing I ever did that annoyed the neighbor for real was my bass. I got into meditation with bass sinewave notes just real long and sucking up a bunch of electricity to push all the power to where I like it. The whole house shakes.
