Audition video for Gloria Estefan's "On Your Feet" on Broadway.

Some of the happiest times of my life were listening to "Turn The Beat Around" while my parents were blasting it on repeat throughout the house as a kid as I was jumping on the bed with my brother & my fiery Latin mother was trying to get my father to salsa dance with her. That song, to this day, brings back those memories. I want, more than anything, to be a part of what Gloria Estefan pioneered for Latin entertainers. As a former American Idol finalist who missed meeting Gloria Estefan by 2 weeks on Season 6, and who is now an aspiring recording artist, I am now incorporating Latin influence into my original music. Gloria has been a huge influence in my life & the lives of so many, I only hope to carry the torch for both our culture & our art.
