DESCRIPTION:
Anna Soltys is a Chicago based singer/songwriter with a captivating new sound. Anna's unique vocal strings sit on a bed of seasoned musical arrangements melting together a fresh kind of unfamiliar "familiar." 'Lone Blues' is a song specially written, dedicated and inspired by the late Karen Dalton, a New York City singer in the '60's associated with the Greenwich Village folk music scene, and particularly Bob Dylan. Gone to soon, Dalton's death was a result of a heroin overdose, leaving behind, only her voice, her talent, and her great inspiration.
