DESCRIPTION:
Courage of Lassie was a Canadian alternative folk band featuring the songwriting of Ron Nelson and Mady Schenkel. In 1992, Courage of Lassie recorded "A Case of 2/4 the Road" during the sessions for the LP "This Side of Heaven". This slyly titled instrumental is in the boisterous 2/4 time signature and celebrates Canadian beer sold in cases of 24 bottles!
