Baron Longfellow is Andy Kim, who had some success in the late 60's to mid 70's ("Be My Baby", "Baby, I Love You", "Rock Me Gently")

This promo was released in 1978 and he would release a self-titled album under Baron Longfellow in 1980.

He went back to his original name in the 1990's and continues to be active in the music business and in his native Canada.
