"Altered Beast" is a 1988 beat 'em up arcade game developed and manufactured by Sega. The game is set in Ancient Greece, and follows a centurion who is resurrected by Zeus to rescue his daughter Athena.

In this first chapter, the intro, the first level theme (a.k.a. "Rise From Your Grave") and the intermission themes are remade into symphonic rock performances. And the same will be done to the other tracks of the game on the next chapters!

The narrative is based on the game manual.
