Alma Encendia

Alma Encendia produces a multi-cultural influenced bachata, whose music can seduce hearts and mesmerize minds. Rock, Pop, R&B and Bachata have melodiously tied the knot in their album entitled,Mas Que Palabras (More Than Words). This album is infused with progressive songwriting which can invoke vibes, words alone cannot encapsulate. Alma Encendia utilizes vibrant rhythms and distinctive lyrics, to express life situations and emotions people can connect with. The group consists of two youthful members named Steven and Rhandy, who exert their energies and instinct to stylize bachata, with themes that appeal to all generations.



Rhandy Acosta, the talented bass player was born on August 14, 1987 to Dominican parents in Queens, NY. He is also considered the baby of the group, because he is the youngest. He received his first bass as a Christmas gift from his mother, at the age of thirteen.



Steven , a long time friend was his instructor. Rhandy meets high scores on both academics and music. Although a teen, his perceptions towards life are very realistic. Through experiences and experimenting with diverse groups, Rhandy acquires the knowledge that contributes to his success and future. Together Steven, Ariel and Rhandy produce musical masterpieces, which will definitely have Alma Encendia blazing in success.
