THE VIDEO ALL RECORD LABELS & BOSSES NEED TO SEE - Justin Timberlake, Boy George & more speak out - Video
PUBLISHED:  Nov 27, 2012
DESCRIPTION:
Justin Timberlake, Boy George, Neil Tennant and Pete Burns open up and tell the TRUTH about the music industry and the effect TV reality has had, this is fine if you enjoy them but it now needs to CHANGE and allow acts and music to come back through again outside of this as it's been way too long and has eclipsed the music we should be genuinely delivered, US as the public are missing out on a good music scene because of this money making machine to line only their pockets, it's been proven many times in many ways these shows are purely entertainment purpose only, however the music industry and artists are suffering way too much now for us as fans and music consumers, this no longer needs to happen, Justin Timberlake is RIGHT!

These stars know it and are only briefly speaking out as to what they clearly obviously feel, OTHER labels out there need to see this and change this by signing new artists outside of the box and delivering good music, they seem to only want to play it very safe either signing acts who are friends of already successful artists (because it's easy promotion) or this horrible Pop Idol/X Factor train, yet labels would be sitting on gold mines if only they took the risks as the public are crying out for this and would LOVE to support this, but most are too fearful to step outside the box when it comes to signing new artists, meaning we are missing out on some great artists and records.

Don't be naive to think we can't make a difference here, public power CAN change this, it would be a better world for us as music fans but the majority of the public are either brainwashed by the tool OR too scared to speak up against the masses that are.

Motown became incredibly successful and one of the biggest labels of all time because they took risks, risks can be scary and often make or break business but if it's done right in the right way, labels already have the power and the marketing tools to be able to get around this without much risk, it's just a case of if they want to that whoever does finally step out of the box (which someday someone will), they are going to be one of the most respected business's in the industry as well as incredibly wealthy in their own right as the majority of the public have now rebelled against the whole Pop Idol/X Factor chain, the market is huge for a label like this.

Help this video go VIRAL and talk in the comments between yourselves, we have no problem with TV reality being there for people to enjoy but to RUIN a good industry for such a long time now is wrong, which we all know it very evidently is.

If anyone out there viewing this video knows any A&R's, people at labels then send them this across, tweet them, email them, facebook them this video, it only takes ONE person to take a risk here and the rest will follow suit, this is exactly what Simon Cowell did to become the clever business man that he is today (which he deserves the credit for), he took a risk and was never a sheep, if you're reading this and are from a label, step outside the box, you are missing WAY too much talent out there and you could be sitting on a gold mine as well as making that much needed change within the industry.

I hope that someone somewhere can step up and support this and not allow the fear of stepping out of the box deter you.

Make a change!
