DESCRIPTION:
Here's a song celebrating the amazing honey bee! If you can, plant some flowers like lilac, sunflowers, aster, cosmos, and goldenrod (look up more flowers!) this spring and summer to help attract bees to your garden.

In class we pass around a bean bag to show how the bees pass nectar around from bee mouth to bee mouth, chewing it up and using their stomach enzymes and evaporation techniques to gradually make honey. You can try passing a bean bag or ball back and forth in time to the music to play along.
