I will show the triads and the 7th chord tones to the m7, 7th and the maj7 chords in this guitar lesson. I´m using this chord progression in the video lesson that´s in the key of G.

I´ll show the chord tones, both the triads and the 7th chord tones and how to practice these. The chord tones is a good basic knowledge when learning scales. One can say that the chord tones are the skeletons to the scales. To know the basic tones to the chords makes it easier to learn and understand how the scales and the music is built. I strongly recommend to learn this no matter what style you´re playing and these guitar arpeggios give you the basic arpeggios to know. For me the music theory is what puts hardrock music and country music together when they are built on the same base.
What differs is the attitude.
