DESCRIPTION:
This is a cover of the classic Cynic track "How Could I" that we released as a bonus track on the 2008 IronClad Recordings re-release of out 2005 album "Dying Vine". We wanted to add something special for the re-release, and since Cynic was such a huge influence on us, and 2008 was the 25th anniversary of the release of Cynic's "Focus", we decided to give it a go.

Since the IronClad version of 'Dying Vine' is no longer available on iTunes, the track is not available either, so we are putting it up here as a tribute, and for the enjoyment of prog-death fans.

The original recording process was quite rushed, so the quality isn't the greatest, but as always... we did the best we could with what we had at the time.

The album, sans this cover song and bonus tracks, is available in digital form on our bandcamp at aletheian.bandcamp.com, and the last CD copies of the IronClad release and other assorted merch pieces are available at aletheian.com (while supplies last).
