DESCRIPTION:
A "tired" old single from 1962 that must have been played so many times the words wore off it. Formed at Dothan High School, members included Bobby Goldsboro and John Rainey Adkins and as the Webs, they became Roy Orbison's back-up band under mentorship of Buddy Buie. Three of the Webs, Adkins, Gilmore, and Garrison were in the first band known as the Candymen which continued to back Roy Orbison. Later members of the Webs (JimmyDean and Wilbur Walton) formed the James Gang with Wilbur Walton as the lead singer.
