Recorded live with no editing or overdubbing in a Melbourne studio and mixed in the USA by Nick Didia (Bruce Springsteens engineer) this acclaimed album is receiving rave reviews.
Abbie sings, writes, plays banjo, guitar, harmonica and ukulele and performs with her band the Leading Men, featuring her own bro-on-the-dobro Jeb Cardwell and drummer Ashley Davies.
With her penchant for all things vintage, and eclectic musical influences, it's no wonder the most common words Cardwell hears after a show are "Loved your gig but what do you call your style?" Naturally she answers with "Rootsy-Rockabilly-Twang".
