DESCRIPTION:
Joel gives us a first look at the Earthquaker Devices Cloven Hoof Reaper with the help of a Whitfill T-52, a Gibson Les Paul ’58 Reissue, and the Friedman Pink Taco.

The Cloven Hoof Reaper is as Joel says, like the Hoof Reaper but… Cloven. What that means is, this beautiful piece of fuzz mastery combines the Cloven Hoof Fuzz, the Tone Reaper Fuzz, and the Tentacle Octave Up into one. The original Hoof Reaper retains the last two parts, but with the “Hoof” as opposed to the “Cloven Hoof” (a beefier, higher gain version of the original). All of this results in a fuzz lovers dream; a Muff style fuzz on the left, a vintage Tone Bender style fuzz on the right, and a Hendrix-y Octavia switch in the middle.. what more could you ask for?!
