Eric Kurtz - WLA Studios 1.31.2016 - Cymbals , Snare, Sticks Test 3 - Video
PUBLISHED:  Feb 02, 2016
DESCRIPTION:
Hi Guys!

Testing my other set of Istanbul Mehmet Cymbals - hand selected from the NAMM Show over the last 5 years - along with this years Peace Drums 5.5 x 14 Hand Hammered Copper Snare Drum. I'm liking the Peace Hand Hammered Snare Drums - great Sound and Value! They Look and Sound Expensive.

The Istanbul Mehmet Cymbals are: 13" Horacio Hernandez Hi Hats, 16" Radiant Holey Crash with 9" Horacio Hernandez splash, 21" X-Jazz Ride, 16" X_Rubbish Crash with 8" Traditional Splash, 17" Horacio Hernandez Crash, and 18" Horacio Hernandez Crash.

Sticks are Vic Firth SD5 Echo - with Gig Grips attached. Still getting used to the feel, but I am finding that the Gig Grips are helping me hold onto the sticks for longer periods of time - especially with my carpal tunnel repetitive stress. Almost found the sweet spot...

Next test - same cymbals and snare drum - and the Vater Sugar Maple Piccolo sticks - stay Tuned!!

Thanks again for Listening!!
