40 OZ. FIST

Forty Ounce Fist is a six-piece group hailing from "the brew city" Milwaukee Wisconsin. They play a fast paced blend of death metal, hardcore, grindcore, and various styles of metal. We've been aroung for roughly five years and just want to play as much as possible. We give our cd's away for free, because people don't buy music anymore. So take it, pirate it, get it to your friends! To date we've played over 160 shows and counting, most notably perfoming direct support for Anthrax, Testament, and D.R.I. and many more. We have three releases out. "let's fight about it" 2006(out of print) "lil' dinker" 2007 (ep release and dvd/ out of print) and "no need to make a scene" 2009(second full length/ available now)

We're all about having fun, and getting down with the crowd. We are known for a high energy performance, and have a little something for everyone. To us 40ozFist is more than a band, it's a lifestyle and a family. We put every ounce of our hearts and energy into the music and shows. We invite you to come see for yourself.
