23rd Precinct Music was born in 1992 to coincide with the launch of limbo records at that time.The brainchild of director Billy Kiltie 23rd Precinct Music has over the years built up a substantial catalogue of songs predominately in the dance scene and indeed is the publisher for over 90% of the classic limbo and out on a limb catalogues with some memorable club classics from the likes of Gypsy, Havanna, Mukkaa and Umboza.
23rd & Notting Hill Partnership
23rd Precinct Music began their partnership with Notting Hill Music about 10 years ago after some lengthy discussion with Billy and Notting Hills Andy Mcqueen agreeing on a long term path to grow the company.Notting Hill administer the long running 23rd labels catalogue but have another arm to the deal where both companys co-own the publishing.
