More info from Terry Manning:
The Wolf River Band: I was recording the well known Memphis band The Short Kuts, featuring the great soul singer Eddie Harrison (They had the great records "Loosen Up" and "Your Eyes May Shine"). While we were messing around rehearsing, I heard the organist Wally Wright sing, and he sounded great, a lot like John Fogerty (in fact they covered "Born On The Bayou"). So I wrote a song for them, "Ramblin' Home," and we recorded that and the B side song separately, and released it as a single under the name WRB. (Paul Cannon on lead guitar, Jim Brasher on sax, me on piano & bass.)
