Exceptional Records Black Label are pleased to announce that Dom Gentry (aka 10 Rapid) has done it again hes delivered yet another cut of meaty prime electro-techno in the shape of this fantastic dirty banger.

Not Everything Sounds The Same is what would happen if New Order went berserk. 80s styled drums (complete with MIDI tom fills), set to low pitch shifted vocals repeating everything sounds the same again and again and again. Halfway through the track it sounds like Justice have crashed drunkenly into the party bringing their chopped rising filtered synths and unintelligible shouts of excitement. Add to this a shower of dive-bombing bees and youve pretty much got the idea. This release strikes like an uppercut to the ribs, certain to set the feet moving and the heart racing and pounding.

Help Will Come is a rhythmic affair, relentlessly building and rising, sweeping filters. Imagine Chemical Brothers in their most dark and depraved moments, like hey boy, hey girl twisted and distorted beyond all recognition. Alarms go off in the street, clubbers throw their heads back and howl, the virtual DJ scratches away, and 10 Rapid smiles.

Completing the package is 120 a blend of diverse ideas and influences compiled in 10 Rapids unique style, which underpins all his creations. In this track we hear stamping and clapping beats, dark drones, female soul vocal samples, rhythmic explosions, high synth strings, watery 80s synths, live drum fills straight from the 60s. Each idea arrives and departs within a split second, making way for the next, enough to leave you wanting more.

The Rapid one already counts Groove Armada, Cagedbaby, Jamie Zabiela and the Plump DJs as fully paid up members of his ever growing supporters club. If you're familiar with cocking an ear in a dirty car park rave to the likes of Vitalic, Simian Mobile Disco, Auotkratz or DFA 1979, then 10 Rapid's party starting will appeal to you too.

10 Rapids been keeping his various muscles toned with recent remixes for Cathouse, Grum and Hyper, Malente and Burn the Negative as well as a host live DJ sets all over the world and now a confirm set at the UKs Secret Garden Party in July.
