Force10 Crew

People always think our name is taken from the film "Force 10 from Navarone" however, this is the wrong assumption to make. The name is derived from what we deem to be the maximum operable wind speed for an outdoor party on the north Antrim coast, & sure we've had to deal with a fair few of them over the years.



The Force10 Crew were forged together originally by Damien & James-e (acidslacker) along with Chuck & Owen (Phat Controller) & Goldilox (later Slacky stepping in to fill the void left when Goldie returned to Sanfrancisco) and more recently Nick & Wills along with a whole host of our friends too numerous to mention by name but you all know who you are!



Our main objective is to leave little or no trace of our activities & have a positive environmental impact with our events. we choose such beautiful outdoor locations for our gatherings this is essential. Our musical ideals respect and encourage fresh and innovating sounds from new producers, dj's, musicians and labels. No one particular sound dominates or defines our parties, where you will hear everything from Tekno, Electro, Breaks, Dub Step, Latin tinged carnival grooves, hip hop to drum 'n' bass, Dub & Reggae, along with the odd trad session & live band.



Our parties are funded by the people who enjoy them, we have no commercial links or ties. Even though we are a non-profit/commercial collective, the production and attention to detail at our events is second to none. Featuring our own hand built sound system, along with the best lighting and visuals available, and, most importantly, the belief that it's the wonderfully diverse & creative people who come party with us, is the secret ingredient that makes the party special. Everyone's a participant, spectating is not encouraged!



All Burners / Healers / Drummers / Fire performers / Make up and visual artists along with Carnival/Circus folk are welcome at our gatherings.
