Earning his stripes and formulating his creative palette in his earlier years as one of Australia’s best BBoys and part of the formidable Australian Bboy Champion group Skill@Will, Wongo has always been not just a motivated and talented soul. but even more so an Entertainer.



Rather than the age old story of a young kid turning 18 discovering dance music and suddenly becoming an Electro House DJ supremo, Wongo cut his teeth into the sounds of Solid Groove, Trevor Loveys, Justin Martin, Jesse Rose, Hugg & Pepp and a massive array of funk, house, minimal & techno before he was even old enough to set foot in a club.



Priding himself as being an artist first and foremost Wongo taught himself how to write the music he so desperately wanted to express with everyone and in no time was getting official releases and respected amongst his peers. A couple of years on and Wongo can boast to have guys such as Switch, Crookers, Hijack, Lee Mortimer, Santiago n Bushido, Nic Sarno, Edu K, The Bulgarian, Tom EQ, Dj Neoteric, Mommas Boy and more all supporting his records.



He has taken his clothes off and brought the house down all over Aus & NZ, all through the US of A, the UK, and even a little rendezvous in Italy.



With a sound drawn from “techno infused house and endless jazz loops, Simple drum patterns and nice old school delays” Wongo has an accomplished discography with an upcoming Jack Union EP and remix of The Subs adding the icing to what is already a mighty sweet cake. Bon Appetite
