Writing since the age of 9, Serena Richardson, aka 'Wisdom,'aka 'WisdomSOUL', performed her first piece in 1998, gaining her the title "Diva" for her poetic style. Wisdom recognizes her purpose as a gift from God to deliver messages of positivity; her charge, to speak words that bear truth; her mission being "To heal the world".
Deemed "The Next Generation Host,' Wisdom currently Hosts her own online radio show called "The VYBe" on Radiosupa.com which was a spinoff from her original open mic show, "The VYBe" in the thriving Phoenix downtown area. Wisdom has hosted and featured at numerous poetry venues and Hip Hop shows; in addition to being instrumental in organizing and hosting Arizona's first All Female Hip Hop Showcase.
Her credits range from hosting, to performances on stage opening for top artists like Kurtis Blow, KRS ONE , Erykah Badu, and Lupe Fiasco as well as Digable Planets to independent film credit for her appearance in "The Oracle, Alexis films, Jessica Holter's "Dont Say the P Word", Her portrayal of her own poetic works, as well as those of world-renowned poets in several "Black Poet Ventures Poeticductions," as well as her debut as director for the original "Soft & Wet".
"As an advocate of change in my community, all I can do is BE the change I wanna see by staying consistent in the promotion of unity, and diversity. Hence, my creation called VYBe.

Currently, Wisdom is pursuing performances overseas andhas recently completed a CD titled, 'SOUL Erotique' where her provocative poetry can be experienced by an even wider audience.
Whatever the venue, Wisdom provides an experience that an audience will never forget.
