Vladimir Cetkar (pronounced Chet-kar) originally comes from the ancient and beautiful Ohrid in Macedonia.
He is a multi-talented professional musician (composer, arranger/conductor, vocalist and guitarist) whose educational background (Berklee College of Music) and professional experience have enabled him to simultaneously develop careers in jazz/soul/funk and dance music.
His critically acclaimed release in 2008, "We Will Never End," has received spectacular reviews worldwide and has driven the attention and praise of many music luminaries including, Dimitri From Paris, Matt Bianco, Simon Hale and Jestofunk, who has invited Vladimir to be part of an upcoming album.
As an active live performer at various international festivals and venues around Europe and the US, Cetkar has shared the stage with music greats such as Maceo Parker, Matt Bianco, Jestofunk and others, thus ensuring great exposure and a rapidly growing fan base.
Critics recognize Vladimir Cetkar's unique music passion and touch, and also drive comparisons with George Benson's guitar playing, Quincy Jones’ and Mauro Malavasi’s arrangement and production acumen, Earth Wind and Fire's vocals and Jamiroquai's grooves.
Vladimir's hallmark is his unique ability to seamlessly combine these many talents to create his highly refined musical style, executed flawlessly through his rare ability to express himself independently as a guitarist, vocalist, arranger, composer and producer of the highest order.
