As far as I can remember, I have always been deeply involved in music. I can now
live from my record collection, which is a real luck. I have found different ways to use
it : I sell rare records and samples to international DJs and hip hop producers (some
are listed in "my friends list"), I also play in clubs, produce music, write books and
articles, and help movie makers to put music on their pictures.
At the moment I am in charge of an exhibition that will take place at the
Hayward Gallery in London (spring 2008), before it goes to the US, Japan,
Germany and France. It deals with the French pop phenomenon
(1964-1973) and will show the work of Serge Gainsbourg, Guy Bourdin,
Jean-Christophe Averty, Pierre Cardin, William Klein, François de Roubaix,
Helmut Newton, Jean-Luc Godard, Nicolas Schöffer, Guy Peellaert, David
Bailey, Paco Rabanne, Jean-Claude Vannier, Michel Audiard, Tony Frank,
Jack Arel.
