After allmost a decade of silence Vic Records will bring you again the best metal albums available The Vic Records history goes back to the end of the 80's / early 90's when the owner used to run the famous underground metal magazine Mortician Mag. Due to these contacts in the underground scene Vic Records got in touch with Katatonia and released their supreme debut minicd ' JHVA ELOHIM METH ' (vic 001) in 1993.
After that Vic Records signed the hyper technical ultra fast death metal act Crystal Age.
(vic 002) and released the Far Beyond Divine Horizons' album (vic 003) in 1995. As two Katatonia members had their own side-project in the style of the early Katatonia.
Vic Records did not hesitated and signed them right away. The masterpiece "Rain Without End" (vic 003) was recorded in 1995 and released some time after that (1997.). Well, about side-projects, two Crystal Age members had a project-band too. Other than the extreme style of Crystal Age this project was far more melodic.
That particular act was no band less than Hammerfall! Vic Records signed them just after seeing a low quality video of one of their very first gigs. Vic Records first lisenced and later on sold the rights of the Hammerfall debut 'Glory to the Brave' (vic 004) as they were getting huge!
