DESCRIPTION:
Was in the studio playing around with my leslie 16. This is one micing method that turned out not too bad. I am using a Vibrasonic 2x12 amp with 2 power tubes removed to drop the volume and have the amp break up better at lower volumes. The leslie 16 has an 8ohm alnico 10" speaker. The speaker does break up and was reconed just before I bought the leslie.

I am using the original footswitch and crossover so only the mids from the Vibrasonic are going to the leslie and the highs and lows are coming from the Vibrasonic speakers. Even tho it breaks up a lot just hearing only guitar it sounds nice in the recording. You will hear this setup on my next CD!
