Via Sahara

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say THANK YOU to everyone who supported us for all these years. The memories that we created with all of you will last us a lifetime. Matt said it best when he said that this journey has “been a gift”.

Biography:

On a cold night in Ohio, Via Sahara was conceived over a round of drinks and a shared vision. What followed was the beginning of a long relationship that would allow the members to better understand each other and the strong connection to their audience. With a focus on mood-inspiring melodies and well-constructed hooks, Via Sahara's sound began to take form. While borrowing from rock, pop and blues, the music is fresh, driving and dramatic. The band has released two full length albums, Comfort in my Skin (2001) and With the Weight of the World (2003). They have played hundreds of shows both locally and regionally. From touring the East Coast, to reaching maximum capacity at local venues, Via Sahara maintains an unrelenting approach to achieving their goals. Via Sahara has shared the stage with such bands as Three Doors Down, Seether and The Clarks. They have gained radio exposure and performed in numerous showcases, including a performance at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Via Sahara continues to perform and recently released the band's third full-length release titled "when all else fails".
