Pro-verb, better known as Verb, of Verb and Rock, hails from the depths of Los Angeles. He began his journey into the music world as most did, as a fan. Playing ball listening to his favorite artists of the time to motivate him. Soon, Verb realized he had the abitity to rhyme like the same people he was listening to, linked up with Focus.and Rockwell and Pro-verb was born.
That was 15 years ago.since then Pro-verb has worked closely with the likes of his family, friend, super producer for Aftermath Ent., Bernard "Focus." Edwards and Partner Rockwell Smarts (Rock). Together they have teamed up to create some of the hottest music to hit the scene since the boom in the 90's. Verb has been featured on albums with the likes of Chino xl, Crooked I, Busta Rhymes, Dirty Birdy, Common, Kam, Self Scientific, Juice, 50 Cent, The Outlaws, Bishop Lamont and many more of hip hop's finest mc's.
Currently, Pro-verb is re-introducing himself to the world as a solo artist and producer and hopes to have the same if not greater success he's experienced in the past. Coupled with his hard hitting tracks and versatile lyrics, this transition should be an easy one. Look forward to a long stretch of smashing mixtapes, albums and singles in the years to come. Starting his own company, Heat Rox Ent. he says he will forever remain loyal to his beginnings and his mentor Focus.and a.Fam Ent., Inc.
