The band vaXxine from Neuss/Germany (near Duesseldorf) exists since 2005. All of us have already played in several bands before, and after these bands broke off little by little, we decided to start vaXxine to combine all the different styles which had influenced us.
You can find classic Seattle-Grunge sound shaped by bands like Mudhoney, Nirvana or L7 as well as Pop influences by bands such as the Pixies, R.E.M. and, of course, the Beatles; flavored with a hint of PunkRock like Black Flag and Sonic Youth. Through our songwriting and the arrangement of the songs as well as through our own energy, this explosive rock-cocktail finally gets the typical vaXxine sound: dirty roughness takes turns with calm, catchy
moments, just to be broken again by hard breaks and intensive singing.
After having played a couple of gigs in and around Neuss and having recorded some stuff, we now want to play as much as possible, bring out more records, play even more, get a record deal, play again and again, and finally get rich with our music !!!
So, give your audience what they want and let us enter your stage !!!

Die Band vaXxine aus Neuss bei Düsseldorf gibt es seit Anfang 2005. Wir haben
alle vorher schon in verschiedenen Bands gespielt, und nachdem diese sich nach und nach auflösten, entschlossen wir uns, vaXxine zu gründen, um einen Mix aus den Musikstilen zu verwirklichen, die uns beeinflusst haben.
So finden sich klassischer Seattle-Grunge - Sound wie ihn Bands wie Mudhoney, Nirvana oder L7 geprägt haben - ebenso wie Pop–Einflüsse von Gruppen wie den Pixies, R.E.M. und natürlich den Beatles in unserer Musik wieder; gewürzt mit einer Prise Punk-Rock im Stil von Black Flag oder Sonic Youth. Durch unser Songwriting und das Arrangement der Stücke sowie unsere eigene Energie bekommt dieser „explosive Rock – Cocktail“ schließlich den typischen vaXxine – Sound: „dreckige Rohheit“ wechselt sich mit ruhigen, eingängigen Momenten ab, um dann wieder „von harten Breaks und intensivem Gesang“ zerrissen zu werden.
Nachdem wir nun einige Gigs in und um Neuss gespielt und schon einige Sachen aufgenommen haben, wollen wir jetzt natürlich so viel wie möglich spielen, weitere Platten aufnehmen, noch mehr spielen, einen Plattendeal, immer wieder spielen, und schließlich mit unserer Musik reich werden !!!
Also, gebt euren Besuchern, was sie wollen und lasst uns auf eure Bühne !!!
