Without a doubt, Ultra-Sonic were at the forefront of the 90's rave era leaving an indelible mark on electronic music, and continue to inspire many of todays top producers! With over 17 hit singles, 6 albums, 3 full length DVD’s, countless remixes, and numerous appearances on compilation albums, World tours that seen the band perform in America, Europe, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, Ultra-Sonic remain a cultural icon since forming in 1991!



Ultra-Sonic took their rave sound to the masses, performing at major events throughout the UK and abroad alongside Moby, Carl Cox and The Prodigy. Their singles ‘Obsession’ and ‘Annihilating Rhythm Parts 1 & 2’ set the benchmark for the rave scene and in particular Scotland, Ireland, and Australia where Ultra-Sonic have achieved legendary status through their outstanding live performances!



Following the successful release of ‘The Best Of Ultra-Sonic’ in 2004, the band teamed up with acclaimed producers Storm & Euphony, and headed into the studio to record their first album in seven years. The resulting album took its title from their 1993 worldwide hit Annihilating Rhythm.



The first single taken from the album was a hard-hitting dance version of the Evelyn Thomas hit from the 1980’s - High Energy. Shortly afterwards Ultra-Sonic were exclusively interviewed on BBC Radio One whicj was broadcast live throughout the UK. The interview documented the 15 year history of Ultra-Sonic and their influence on worldwide dance music.



Ultra-Sonic continue to sell-out major dance events, and are renowned for their unrelenting energetic live stage show which has yet to be equalled by any other live act in the UK dance scene!
