Episode One’ to working

self worthy of incredible success!.At the adolescent age of ten, Angelee’s

father noticed her love for music. He would watch her dance with Style and

finesse as she would recite her most favorite dub plates. So he inevitably

purchased her a miniature sound system to practice her promising DJ-ing skills.

Angelee’s dad would invite all of his friends to see his beautiful daughter

perform her own versions of other peoples songs. Her daddy would always say "one

day my little girl will grow up to be a superstar!", but unfortunately, Angelees

farther had passed away before he had witnessed his dream come true.

"I know my dad is watching over me and I promised him I will make

him proud one day" - Says Angelee.

Growing up Angelee always enjoyed playing

foot ball every Saturday with the boys, she always thought highly of herself

& had shown the sought of confidence that would make you believe that she

could do or be anything she wanted.

Until recently, Angelee had lived a

flourishing modeling career in her home country of Jamaica .

On moving to Britain and being so far away from the

mammoth sounds systems of the ruff Jamaican streets, Angelee realised here true

destiny was in reggae music. Born Juliet Gordon, Angelee later proceeded to

write songs with slick lyrical content.

"I started out dee-jaying on popular and high profile sounds such as

Turbo Charge and Black Jaguar. This is where I learned how to handle the

hardcore fans of the dancehall" - says Angelee.

Tru-Fam's first dancehall princess has

recently graduated to create conscious music with the knowledge that young

people follow her music, and to reach them in a positive light. "I have to take the

step to help in molding them for a bright future". - says Angelee.
