Exclusive Rights ($50): Purchasing a Just Jake Beat(s) gains you and only you exclusive rights to that beat(s). You own full rights to do anything with the beat(s) except RE-SELL. The beat will be taken off the website or labeled sold, and will no longer be available for leasing. Upon purchasing you will receive the raw untagged .WAV file.
