I've been here in Nashville for the past 25 years, my entire life. Music has always been around me, whether Ive been listening to it or not. It took a good while before i started to take note of the music that came out of nashville. Country, like coffee has to sometimes be an aquired taste. But I began listening to people like Johnny Cash and it was the end of it there. Piano was an instrument I had taken lessons on for 5 years up to my eighth year in school. Shortly into highschool I quit lessons and found myself putting words to chords I would play around with. Writing songs became something I fell in love with. I have now been writing for the past seven yearsand it is safe to say it is in my blood now. I am currently at Belmont University pursuing an education in Music Business. I love nashville and the life that breathes here.
