At the dawn of the 2011, TrenchHead are back. After splitting in 2007, 4 original members rejoin with Brad (ex-Annotations Of An Autopsy, Raise The Dead, Bun Dem Out, Dåm) back on drums, Kez (YCIF) and Louis (original guitar)on guitar, James O(original vocals) on bass and long time friend Salvo (ex- The Haunting Of Leica) is recruited as full time vocalist. The ambition now is to pick it up where it left off, play shows and bring back 'the good old days'.
Since formation, TrenchHead went on to gig with the likes of Annotations Of An Autopsy, The Great Deciever, Desecration, Gorgasm, Johnny Truant, Insidious Decrepency. Ted Maul, Labrat, Extol, Raise The Dead, Dead Beyond Buried and more before an unplanned split in 2007 after lineup changes and creative differences.
HISTORY
2003 - Friends Brad Merry and James Oldman come together with the idea to blend their favourite brutal Death metal with the best grooves in hardcore. Kieran Spiers was hired as full time guitarist with Chris Sparrow was brought on board for bass duties. After a few songs, it was obvious that a second guitarist was required to complete the band and scuplt the sound, so Louis Jodelko joined as second guitarist and eventually James Gunner was brought in on bass, replacing Chris.
2005 - James O departed with the band and was replaced by Jamie Guvercin from Hunters on vocals.
2007 - the band split up due to creative differences however was resurrected by vocalist Jamie and guitarist Louis not long after as a live band with a drum machine, they parted ways in 2010 leaving TrenchHead officially split again.
A few CD's were recorded but nothing was ever officially released despite plenty of material. Most the musical promotion was done online via the currently dead Myspace.

Meanwhile, Brad kept busy - his most busy time being recruited as the Annotations Of An Autospy drummer and ended up touring with many major acts, and festivals in metal/hardcore all over the world! After a long spell touring he parted ways with the band and became a free agent.
Kez went on to form Your City Is Forgotten becoming a front man for the first time. YCIF are still creating mayhem in the scene to this day.
