Tredje Mannen

Tredje Mannen, one of the early synth bands in Sweden was formed in 1980 by Pocke Öhrström and Mats Lindberg. They started out as a duo with Pocke on guitar and vocal and Mats on synthesisers. The drum machine Roland 808 was keeping the beat. This was a rather provoking setting in the early 80-s in Sweden. Two albums, "Cul-de sac" and "Blå Drömmar" plus several singles were released. Later a third member, Christian Callert , was added to the band on drums to create a heavier sound and a more visual act. In 1983 a third album was released, this time on their own label.
