a recording experiment involving 141+ local/national/international musicians.Each track was recorded individually, one at a time, and in secrecy.Each performer recorded without knowing who they were recording with, hearing only sparse elements of the track.No two players on a song are in the same band to avoid recognition and familiar patterns. The sounds are captured on an analog, reel to reel 8 track, in real time.These songs were all performed improvisationally; no songwriting was involved.Most tracks were done in one or 2 takes, at all hours of the day/night.
