Topp AKA Topnoch started producing in 2003. Won Windsor's producer of the year in 2006. I've produced on many local mixtapes and albums. My mixtape called "Bridging The Gap " is out and it features local artists on my beats. I'm currently working on an album that will be out sometime in 2010. I'm looking for people who need beats so if you need them let me know.
