Tony Richards and The K-man Band ruled the northeast Club and Concert scene throughout the '90s. Their incredibly intense brand of Horn/Funk/Rock left crowds screaming for more night after night. Then like the mythical Eddie and the Cruisers they vanished into thin air Well guess what?

There is a new band lurking in the shadows somewhere on the East Coast, wooding and working out the details of the new assault.

Review:So you stand in line in the cold of a November night, waiting for the privilege of handing over a cover charge to the doorman. When you finally make it, the place is a wall to wall jumble of bodies. 40 year old carpenters, lopsided nearly new wave hair-dos, preppie-yuppie couples, waitresses, professional photographers, and who knows what else, all packed, sweaty and undulating, to Tony Richards and The Kman Band. Richards and the band are relentless in their quest to make people party and sweat and yell and dance. He leads the horn section and half the audience out the exit door and onto the highway while the rest of the band holds down Bob Dylans " Rainy day woman 12 and 35" it's like very early J. Geils crossed with The Ramones. They play what they feel and feel what they play . and to put it mildly, the audience reacts accordingly.
