To debut a song before sixty-six thousand cheering fans is not the typical way a recording artist begins a career. Yet Tony Corleone (T. C.) accomplished this when his song "Lights Out" was played at Qualcom Stadium home of the San Diego Chargers and linebacker Shawne "Lights Out" Merriman. The song a tribute to the aggressive play of Merriman, quickly became his official song. Now you hear "Lights Out" as the theme song of the sgment on Fox Sport Networks nationally televised "Pro Football Preview" show hosted by Shawne Merriman.



The writer and performer of "Lights Out", Tony (T.C.) Corleone was born in San Diego California, raised in San Diego and Riverside Counties. The son of an Italian/Hispanic father and Caucasian mother, his multi-ethnic up bringing contributed to his unique smooth delivery and street smart lyrics Tony shares that growing up he liked hanging out with the thugs and players but was never in the "crazy life" himself, just got caught up living life on the edgewith the homeboys. This, he explains is why his music often features songs about the challenges of life on the streets and insights into the heart of thug liven.
