We are This Part Is Us. Last Summer, we released our debut E.P. "For All We Know" which was Recorded at Outhouse Studios (Architects, Enter Shikari, YMA6). Since then, we've played shows continuously up and down the U.K at every conceivable venue including the Islington O2 Academy, Camden Barfly and Hatfield Forum to name but a few. We've shared the stages with awesome bands such as All Forgotten, Not Advised, Don Broco, Deaf Havana, Exit Ten and We Are The Ocean.



The summer of '10 saw us embark on an 8 day tour all across the UK with our good friends Through Colour & topped it off by headlining another sold out show at London's notorious Camden Barfly!



Our debut E.P; "For All We Know" has successfully sold over 1,000 copies & is available to download via iTunes and Amazon - along with our new single "Nineteen".



We're currently back in the studio after playing shows continuously for a solid 10 months. We're now focused on writing our follow up record to "For All We Know". Stay tuned for updates on the new record…

We're excited to be back playing shows. We're playing Bush Hall, London this Sunday with some awesome bands. We'll be playing the new stuff that we've been working on for the new record. We can't wait to see you again. It's gonna' be fun!



We're writing the new record



So here we are. Back at stage one again; The writing process. We are now in the beginning stages of writing a new record. A solid 10 months playing at least two shows nearly every week at every conceivable venue up and down the country has put us in good stead with plenty of motivation and influential fortitude to start piecing together new songs.

This is probably the best and most exciting part for us. We have tracked demo versions of songs and are continuously writing new songs as we go - using riffs that we've come up with during the year and sparking off new ideas during the sessions.

We'll no doubt play a few shows during this period but our main focus right now is getting a new record finished and released and not skimping on the content!



Camden Barfly Headline Show



We'd like to take this update opportunity to thank each and every one of you who came down to our headline show at the Camden Barfly and made it a sold out success! We love playing that venue & each time we do, you guys always make it a memorable occasion for us.

This summer we are going to recharge and refresh ourselves. During this period we'll be finalising the songs for our next record which we will be going into the studio to record as of from mid-September and we'll be booking shows and playing a few one off gigs. We'll see you soon. TPIU. X
