Raised to the Ceiling

Tree Barking was originally started by Adam Wersky in 2004 as a solo acoustic project called 'The Wersky Scenario'. The songs quickly grew in number and by 2006 Wersky had written and recorded over 50 original songs.
By mid-2007, Adam bought a bass guitar and drums and the once acoustic based songs evolved into an electric guitar based, higher energy project. In early 2008 Wersky teamed up with his friend & drummer, Jason Yonan, and the music began to take shape. Between the years 2008 and 2010, the music slowly evolved into its current state, and Tree Barking was born.
In late 2009, Wersky recruited guitarist Maxim Gladnikov through a spontaneous Craig's List post. Around that time, Wersky's friend Tony Giannotti had returned to the Central Valley. Having been friends since Junior High School, Tony and Wersky had been playing music on and off for over a decade which made Tony an easy addition to the Tree Barking roster as their third guitarist.
In the summer of 2012, Tree Barking teamed up with Producer/Engineer Lucky Lew of WaveParade studios & began recording their first release, 'Heels Over Head EP'. At long last, Tree Barking had finalized a handful of songs that had only existed as home demos for years. The 'Heels Over Head EP' will be officially released in January 2013.
Tree Barking has continued their work at Wave Parade Studios and has already begun recording future releases.
