The Stutters

formed in 2005 by mical noelson and scrmn as a two piece no songs punk format.

joined later in that year by andreas langhorn on drums after a bizzare audition in copenhagen.

later went on to great underground success and enjoyed national recognition by such media as 3voor12 hollandse nieuwe, 3fm radio and press from metro and het parool amsterdam.

at the height of their success they played over 70 shows within a year all over holland and england and were joined by guitarist patrick fergus who later recorded their current double single release.

missfortune struck the band when, due to personal reasons the drummer left holland to set up life back in denmark thus splitting up the band, with them having no plans to ever regroup.



however, after many conversations and phone calls, singer and band leader from captain capeman persuaded anders and mical to reform while he would fill in for the drums, and since october of 2009 the stutters have been working on new material and performing shows to greater and greater expectation and plaudits.

they are currently in the process of recording a new ep and are very excited for their upcoming shows, where they feel most at home, live on stage, performing music they love.
