The fifth album from The Standard is entitled Swimmer. It was recorded in Portland, OR by Rob Oberdorfer. It was mixed and mastered by Tony Lash (Heatmiser, Elliott Smith, Tahiti 80, Poison Idea).
Swimmer represents the collaborative song writing of Jay Clarke (keys), Rob Oberdorfer (bass), Robby Duncan (drums), and Tim Putnam (guitar, vocals) who have together created a distinctive sound over the last 10 years.
