DESCRIPTION:
The title is borrowed from a chapter heading in Friedrich Nietzsche's 'Thus Spoke Zarathustra'. This piece is the richest part of the suite as far as the variety of (interesting) themes, changes in speed and instrumentation are concerned. It is regrettable that the theme do not receive the extended musical treatment they merit: The composition is colourful, but unfortunately it lacks in depth.
