25 year old drummer Allen Keene lives in Orlando, FL. He began playing drums at the age of 9 exactly 16 years ago. In that time, in his various musical endeavors, he has appeared on several dozen recordings, both as a studio musician and in his permanent bands, which currently includes Confused Little Girl. His drumming has been featured on recordings which have received airplay on 102.3 WZDQ “The Rocket” in Jackson, TN as well as 101.1WJRR and 104.1WTKS in Orlando, FL. In addition to his studio works he has been on tours which have taken him through over half the continental United States, most of this in his current main band, Confused Little Girl. Allen’s bands have shared the stage with such acts as Artimus Pyledriver, Magna-Fi, Alabama Thunderpussy, Earthride, Abdullah, Jimmie’s Chicken Shack, A Thousand Knives of Fire, The Banner, Psychostick and many others. He has performed in front of thousands of people at such respected and notorious venues as Hard Rock Live Orlando, House of Blues Orlando, The Social in Orlando, Room 710 in Austin, TX, Tremont Music Hall in Charlotte, NC, and many many others. Currently, Allen is performing live with Confused Little Girl to promote their 2nd album for Von Skull Records, entitled Sleep When You’re Dead. He will be on tour yet again this year for further promotion of that album, and to test the waters with new material for Confused Little Girl's 3rd full length studio release. He has also recently joined up with Alex Hayes. A country pop/rock outfit with some heavy hitters, including former members of the Not So BoyBand, Enrique Iglesias and Milka. Allen is also a full time employee at Orlando's Premier Drum Shop, Drums2go.
