The Ronnies

The New Pills are a Manchester based 4-piece who formed in May 2009. Formerly known as The Ronnies, the group have been busy rehearsing and recording new material with producer Mick Routledge who has shown faith in them. The band are hoping to make this new material available by December 2009 after working hard at different locations around Manchester including The Cutting Rooms.



The New Pills play their own brand of punk and rock and roll with an underlying tone of 60s Garage and Motown soul. They pride themselves on short, catchy songs performed with punk energy.



After forming the new line-up The New Pills have extended their songwriting capabilities including tighter arrangements and nice new vocal harmonies so look out for upcoming gigs and new releases soon!
