the Raylenes

The band got together out of a mutual feeling of frustration during the pinnacle of pub-rockdom. They felt that there just wasn't enough sensitive dawdling over keyboards, glockenspiels, sleigh-bells and assorted musical paraphenalia and that it was up to them to give tweedom back to the people. Having finished recording their first album, The Rays are supplementing their lacklustre incomes by performing at a plethora of local dives and shonky pubs.
