Though th body of work here was not as extensive as I had hoped,it should be sufficient to inform all punks where we stood & still stand today!!!!BlahBlahBlah,Choke on this!!!The closing of one door opens another,and so true it is!The pugilistics were formed by Franke Andersin after the demise of the ointment, Franke enlisted the help of longtime friend & guitar man Dave Barbie(db)hamhawk,together they composed 4 raw fast tunes & used another 6 that franke had written over the past 20 years.The set was complete all they needed was a bass man,posting adds they found Klik,& soon the first 7inch was recored & released. Shows & mini tours followed then Klik left.We then were sent a gift named Danniella who took over bass duties, & boy could she lay it down! Another grip of shows lead to the second recording session & cd, as well as an apperance on az punk comp.6.After several great shows DB & Danniella moved to Boston to play in the legendary hardcore band The Freeze.Wandering whats next? Franke & Klik reunited briefly with help from Phil Verdick now on guitar,they played a handfull of shows before calling on drummer Cliff Disney,who actually recorded the 7inch.as Franke wanted to focus on just vocals & stage presance,& what a sight it was!! Nevertheless franke was unsatisfied with the lack of his counterparts creative input & sent them packing!Toiling on the future Franke found hope in an old friend & musical great Timi Stomper who took over bass duties & back up vocals.They called on friend & guitar slut Dave Chavez,of the Death Mickies, now they were whole again playing as many shows as possible & eventually doing an apperance on the 602 radio show. Again another cd would follow as well as shows.On the fourth cd it would only be Franke drums/lead vocals, & Timi bass/all guitars & vocals.Studio guest apperances from many friends help round out the rest.The other member is Wheels who did all the artwork & gave us a place to practice.We have had the pleasure & honor to play with some great bands,heres just a few; Shattered Faith,The Freeze,Decry,H.R.,Agent Orange,El Nada,The Death Mickies,Guilty by Association,Nunzilla,G.F.I., Glass Heros , Asses of Evil,& a million more that should be listed! Today Franke & Timi are stronger & more focused than ever,with your help together we can save the scene! I firmlly believe in standing up & fighting for whatever is dear to your heart/passion/desires/beliefes.Hope to see ya soon & remember 1 life live it people!!!Hopefully we've inspired you to get off your ass & do something!
