The Pairamount consists of two mcees: Disasta a.k.a. S.Generis and Illosopher. Disasta's flow is identified by deepness, insane wordplays, metaphores and punchlines, his multi syllable rhyming ability and his way of telling stories very vividly. Illosopher's rap style is characterized by his multi galore raps, his sick way to flow over hyped tracks, his metaphores and his capability of spitting in a fairly fast way, but then again rapping deep lyrics when it comes to deep tracks. Two young cats with two different rap styles together as one of the best things out there in this rap game today. They see that fake, commercial rap is breaking the true rap off of hip hop and that people are forgetting why rap was even created. They see the poetic, lyrical element in rap and they are ready to erupt as two of the most unique mcees to grab the mic. They are 17 years old, but they were 16 when they recently recorded their first mixtape called "Just a Warm Up". Anybody who listens to their lyrics and their music will see why "The Pairamount" is a true rap crew taking rap back to the roots. That doesnt mean they can't burn any mc who wants to get at them. Right now, The Pairamount is focused on selling their mixtape, and planning their album. These two cats are one fire but still bringing a dramatic freshness into this Hip Hop World.

ILLOSOPHER

Illosopher, real name Mik Thomas, was born on October 24th, 1988 in Corpus Christi Texas. As a child Illosopher was always unique and creative. Illosopher's Father, Michael Thomas, was a renouned stage actor, and had won many top acting awards. As a young child, Illosopher would watch his father's performances, wishing that later he would become an actor or musician. At the age of 3, his parents seperated, leaving Illosopher to his Mother. At the age of 4, Illosopher first acted, being a Wise man in the Christmas play. At the age of 5, Illosopher would pick up Classic Rock-Rap CD's. Illosopher's favorite music acts at the time would consist of The Doors, Beatles, They Might Be Giants, LL Cool J, and Sir Mix a Lot. At the age of 8, Illosopher's mother married his step-father, James Estep. Illosopher's stepfather is in the Navy, so a lot of moving occured. When Illosopher moved to Seattle, he was always either doing plays or singing in Choir. At the age of 9 he started listening to Biggie, Puffy, Coolio, and Limp Bizkit. At the age of 10 he moved out of Seattle to the navy base in Catania Sicily, Italy, leaving his Sister.

Since the Navy base was a melting pot of cultures, Illosopher started picking up on many different music styles. At the age of 12, Illosopher started freestyling. His friend, Anthony Shuemacher, taught him the basics of rhyming. At the age of 13, Illosopher was a beast in freestyling, versing 11th and 12th graders to adults, beating most of them. AT the age of 14, Illosopher moved to the army base in Bamberg, Germany, because of his mother's new job. As a new kid, he met Disasta through his long-time family friend Faye. Disasta introduced his friend NastyLynguist to Illosopher; the result was like a instant connection. They formed a crew together called "Spawn Prodigeez". Illosopher, Disasta, and NastyLynguist competed at a freestyle battle that offered a day in a studio for the winner, and Illosopher won first place. The next week Spawn Prodigeez met up with their first official producer, Reme. Reme showed all of Spawn Prodigeez the knowledge of Hip Hop. During their time with Reme, NastyLynguist broke up with the group and that was the end of Spawn Prodigeez. In April of 2005, Illosopher, Disasta and NastyLynguist signed up for a battle where the first prize was to do an opening act for Samy Deluxe. Illosopher won first place, and recieved major respect from Jonesmann, Franky Kubrick, and Libertador. After Illosopher won the battle, Reme and the two mcees Illosopher and Disasta went seperate ways, leaving Disasta and Illosopher with no studio.Preparing for the concert, they met DJ Smoove and Kaspa Hauser through Disasta and they started recording new tracks in the new studio. This is when "The Pairamount" erupted onto the music. Illosopher is a young cat, with lyrical fire who is ready for anything.

DISASTA

Disasta a.k.a. S.Generis, real name André Wedel, was born in Bamberg, Germany on November 3rd 1988. After his parents divorced, he moved to the u.s. at the age of 5 1/2. Going to Elementary School, he was one the more active kids, always open-minded and eager to learn. Teachers noticed very fast, that he was an intelligent child with many talents.

André made friends with people that were often a year or two older than him. He was around older people all the time, since his big brother took care of him often and brought him along when he went to go places with his friends. At this point he started listening to Michael Jackson, Coolio and whatever rapper his older brother would listen to.

When André was 9 1/2, he decided to move back with his father and his stepmother to Bamberg, Germany, where until this day he lives. The other half of his family moved from Texas to Chicago, Illinois. After his 10th birthday, he was introduced to rap and started writing, not knowing that he will elevate beyond his age group as a lyricist who emphasizes the poetic element of rap one day, like it has not been seen by anybody of his generation before. When he was 13, his pseudonym "Disasta" was created. He started taking rap serious at the age of 14. Soon, he learned who and who not to trust and that some people like to turn their backs on others, because what the others do is different and not on their everyday, average level.

He met NastyLynguist and Mik Thomas when he was 14 and soon they became very close friends, that share the same love for rap. They formed a group called "Spawn prodigeez", which broke apart when Disasta was 16. In result, Illosopher and Disasta formed a new crew on their own called "The Pairamount". Dsasta now created his second pseudonym "S.Generis", that comes from the expression "Sui Generis" which means "unique" (the pronounciation is different aswell, get it right: " Es Je-Nair-Is" ). Disasta is a young lyricist, who is unique and knows how to use metaphores, multi's and wordplays wisely in his lyrics. He is ready for this game, ready for anything and everybody in his rapcareer and he wont be stopped. Together with Illosopher, he will show the whole world something they have never seen before and make a difference in this modern day, rapgame.
