Nikkole is an independent musician that has established herself as a true artist within the music world. Nikkole's immense talent has led her to write, record with and / or share the stage with some of the world's top performers such as Babyface, Boyz II Men, Macy Gray, Bobby Brown, Arturo Sandoval, Teena Marie, The Emotions, Ambrosia, Jon B, The Temptations, Lakeside, The Commodores, Midnight Star, Gregory Hines, DJ Quik, Melle Mel, Whoopi Goldberg, CASE, Cedric the Entertainer, Everette Harp, David T. Walker, Patrice Rushen, Blood Sweat and Tears, and Norman Brown. On Norman Brown's #1 Billboard smash ''Stay With Me'' (2007), more specifically the radio-friendly cut ''You Keep Lifting Me Higher'', Nikkole was not only the featured vocalist, but she also co-wrote and arranged the vocals. The project spent 8 weeks at #1 on Billboard's Contemporary Jazz Charts. The album remained in Billboard's Top 10 for over 4 months.
Nikkole's vocal range and writing skills can be heard in many arenas such as on: Soundtracks to the films; ''The Brothers'', ''Biker Boyz'', ''Love and Action in Chicago'', ''Rough Hustle'', etc. Commercial advertisements, where her song ''Beautiful Colors'' was selected for television and radio campaigns for ''Mattress Firm'', the largest mattress retailer in the United States. Television shows like MTV's ''I Used To Be Fat'', where her song ''E-X-OTIC'' was featured. The MTV Network also licensed 48 of Nikkole's songs for various television shows, video games, movies and announcements. The indie artist has been featured in Ebony, Billboard, BRE, SCRATCH UK, Riveting Riffs, MediaSearch, InMag, L.A.'s The Place, LA Weekly, and she was chosen by Cosmopolitan Magazine as one of America's Top 10 Fearless Female Rockstars!

Nikkole's Recordings
In 2001, Nikkole became a trail blazer, and went after her dream of being a recording artist with every fiber of her being. Her successful modeling career afforded her the opportunity to branch off into her first love --- music. She then decided to finance her first album ''Appearances'' on her own. The CD released on her label SE Entertainment Records, introduced the world to Nikkole's amazing vocal sound and unique songwriting ability. Her hard work resulted in a Best Pop Album award from Radio Free Virgin, for which she beat out 7800 other independently released albums. Her winning streak continued with another award from Radio Free Virgin with ''Over It'' being named one of the top 20 Best Pop Singles out of 25,000 independent successful songs in 2003. Nikkole further proved her success when she became the #1 independent singer in the US with her debut album via mp3.com, which was one of the first major music internet websites.
Following up and building upon the success of her first CD, Nikkole released ''A Girl Like Me'' in 2005. This project exposed the world to Nikkole's five octave range, and reminded them of the lyrical ingenue's exceptional skills. The lead off single ''It's Too Late'' features The Emotions and was added to medium or heavy rotation at over 60 commercial radio stations, including Clear Channel Stations in the US and to numerous radio stations globally. Nikkole struck a chord abroad in Japan which led her to record two songs in Japanese, making her one of the first American Pop / R&B recording artists to do so. The explosive album generated a second single, ''Gon' Bounce'' which was added to radio stations at a feverish pace. It debuted at #1 on American Idol Radio on the first week of release in the US. In addition the video for the third single ''Breathe'', was listed as one of the hottest new videos on Blastro.
The Christmas EP, ''It's Christmas'' / ''Wrap Me Up (Special Delivery), was released in 2007, and quickly became a seasonal favorite on radio across the country.
In 2008, the video for the first single ''E-X-OTIC'' from Nikkole's third studio album ''Creolepatra'' was certified gold on Blastro, and held a #1 title for four consecutive weeks. The CD contains 17 tracks which were penned by the singer / songwriter / producer. The second single from her highly acclaimed record, was ''Love Was Made In Heaven''. It featured six remixes, two of which showcase sax great, Everette Harp. In its third week of release it was #1 on the R&B digital sales charts in the Los Angeles market according to TuneCore for 35 weeks in a row. Her latest offering entitled ''Double Deluxe Vol. 1'' released in 2010 contains sizzling remixes of ''Are You Satisfied?'' from her current chart topping album ''Creolepatra''. The EP also includes the fresh smash ''I Wanna Be'', which has a sultry acoustic version in addition to the original version.
With so much on the horizon, Nikkole will continue to develop her expertise as a singer / songwriter, and producer so that she can remain a musical talent who is always at the top of her game.
